A leading research and technology organization is seeking a full-time Site Operations Coordinator. This role is based in Saguenay and requires fluency in French. The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating building services, ensuring a safe environment, and managing contractor activities. Salary ranges from $66,126 to $91,012 per annum, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Position: Site Operations Coordinator to support the Real Property Management Branch in Saguenay. The Site Operations Coordinator shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
Within the Real Property Planning and Management (RPPM) Branch Operations and Maintenance unit, the Site Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, contracting and coordinating the delivery of building services and general maintenance requirements within the building. The Site Operations Coordinator evaluates the performance of various building equipment and systems, troubleshoots problems and malfunctions, and proposes technical solutions.
The Site Operations Coordinator also coordinates security, environmental, safety and health requirements within the buildings in support of programs and business operations. The role reports to a Site Operations Manager. It does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but oversees services provided by third-party service providers.
