- Produce Front End Modules according to Work Instructions, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery standards are met in a Just-In-Time / Just-In-Sequence environment. Full
- Meet daily production requirements for on-time, in-sequence delivery to customers. Full
- Inspect parts during assembly for defects. Full
- Perform tasks at each station following approved Work Instructions. Full
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding safety, quality, and production. Full
- Participate in problem resolution to ensure prompt results. Supporting
- Follow rotation schedules as assigned by the Supervisor. Full
- Contribute to creating a safety-oriented work environment. Supporting
- Ensure conformance to company policies, legislative requirements, and rules of conduct. Full
- Use or wear PPE as required. Full
- Report equipment defects that may endanger workers to the Supervisor. Full
- Perform assigned work according to Work Instructions. Full
- Adhere to Quality Alerts and deviations during assembly. Full
- Maintain 5S standards and respect OPmobility’s Windsor facility. Full
- Participate in environmental management initiatives. Supporting
- Perform duties related to WCM as assigned. Full
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, CSR (Customer Specific Requirements), and ISO 14001 standards. Supporting
- Have the ability to stop production for quality issues upon notifying the Supervisor. Supporting
- Stop production for safety concerns upon notifying the plant manager. Supporting
- Support the launch of ISO 45001 and ISP 50001 standards. Supporting
