  • Operational Oversight: Manage all facets of the care home, including Resident Care, Nursing, HR, and Nutritional Services, while responsibly overseeing the operating budget to maximize efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Medical Director and management team to ensure adherence to industry standards, proactively addressing compliance issues to minimize risk.

Qualifications / Compensation:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Nursing
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior level leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a unionized environment.
