The role involves ensuring quality service, handling tenant inquiries, and maintaining property standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in residential property management and strong customer service skills.

What you will do
As a Site Manager, your primary function will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the site. You will oversee and take the ultimate responsibility for all leasing functions, rent collection functions, and lease administration. You will be required to supervise janitorial staff, maintenance staff, leasing staff and contractors, while coordinating renovations and ensuring quality work. You will also be responsible for health and safety at the site. This position reports to the Property Manager.
