The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of solid site experience, with a strong track record in managing medium to large scale projects across various sectors including industrial and commercial. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage subcontractors, and maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

• Experience working on high-quality medium to large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and track progress of projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
• Conduct safety checks and audits.
• Maintain communication with the site team.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Maintain quality standards at all times.

Job Responsibilities

As a Site Manager you will have 8+years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience of working on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial & Education.
