REQUIREMENTS - Site Manager (Rental Warehousing)

• 3-5+ years experience in a leadership role motivate teams in a production environment.
• Hands-on approach to work and leadership, on shop floor, willing to get hands dirty
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office and common software tools (MS Office or equivalent).

RESPONSIBILITIES - Site Manager (Rental Warehousing)

• Lead, motivate, and support the on-site team through daily communication, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee production activities to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are consistently met.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and training needs in collaboration with HR, including onboarding of new and temporary employees.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, stock levels, and logistics operations, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying technical and process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture by assessing risks, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering employee engagement.
