What You’ll Do
The Site Manager is responsible for all operational functions, staff supervision, client satisfaction, tenant communications, daily reporting to property management and Impark/Reimagined Parking, site administration, auditing, loss prevention, facility appearance, equipment performance, and reporting of any required maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Contact: Liaise with property managers and respond to all requests and concerns promptly.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Handle client requests, resolve issues timely, and communicate with tenants regarding parking matters, including attending tenant meetings when applicable.
- Reporting: Review daily reports for accuracy and ensure timely delivery of all required reports on lot performance.
- Tenant Account Management: Reconcile, audit, and update parking accounts, manage device issuance & replacement, and oversee the sale of monthly parking permits, adhering to revenue policies.
- Card Access Auditing: Ensure proper locking out of unpaid accounts, follow up on unreturned access cards, and decals not on file, while maintaining relationships with landlords and property managers.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate and report discrepancies between access systems and MPS Core, and coordinate with property management for corrections.
- Office Administration: Manage supplies and correspondence for the account manager.
- Staff Training and Scheduling: Conduct training, hiring, discipline, and schedule staff within UKG and Dimensions systems.
- Loss Prevention: Follow up on reports, ensure compliance with audit standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Regularly inspect lot conditions, recommend improvements, and coordinate repairs.
- Information Flow: Ensure timely communication between the account manager and operations team.
- Remediation & Rate Strategies: Address performance deficiencies and review rates to optimize revenue.
- Performance Review: Analyze revenue and P&L reports to meet company goals.
- Safety: Ensure safe operations, manage incident reports, and liaise on safety issues.
- Customer Retention: Maintain relationships to retain clients.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 18 years old
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
