Job summary

St-Amour is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a major hydroelectric power plant refurbishment project. You will lead field teams and ensure successful project execution while meeting schedule, budget, HSE and quality requirements.

You will supervise 12-15 management and supervisory staff and 20-30 field workers, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships, delivering hands-on leadership for efficient site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large on-site construction teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple shifts.
• Strong focus on schedules, budgets, HSE and quality.
