Are you an experienced and highly organised Site Manager with a passion for leading commercial roofing projects?

Our Cladding & Roofing Division is seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

This is a contract position based in Scotland's Central Belt, with an anticipated start date of September 1, lasting approximately 14-18 weeks.

Your Role and Responsibilities As a Site Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our project, ensuring smooth and efficient execution from start to finish. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and will play a critical role in delivering projects to the highest possible standard.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Supervising a diverse team of workers, including roofing, scaffolding, and M&E squads.

Liaising directly with the client to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Maintaining and updating all health and safety files to ensure a secure working environment.

Ordering all necessary plant and materials to keep the project on schedule.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Site Manager, specifically with flat roofing experience. You must be exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To be considered for this role, you must have an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. We're looking for someone who is reliable and can hit the ground running, collaborating closely with our skilled workforce and directors to ensure project success.

Contract Duration : Approximately 14-18 weeks Start Date : 1st September

Required Qualification : SMSTS

Experience : Flat roofing experience is essential
