Work Schedule:M-F: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Understands business, site, and material flow requirements to identify and resolve constraints affecting work requests.
- Serves as the main contact for carriers across all transportation modes and communicates scheduling exceptions to site logistics and carriers.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on Material Flow and site logistics processes.
- Coordinates resources to safely and efficiently complete work requests and monitors their progress.
- Creates, reviews, and manages scheduling plans, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues or exceptions.
- Tracks and communicates scheduling performance and maintains timely system records for shipments and production orders.
Minimum Job Qualifications:- 3+ years experience in supply chain or logistics; must follow safety rules, work well in a team, and understand customer needs.
- Strong communication, computer skills, time management, and initiative are required.
- This is a safety-sensitive position. Successful candidates may be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and applicable Canadian laws.
- Subject to successful completion of pre-employment screening, including background check where permitted by law.
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
