As a member of our team, you will provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of our commercial and multi-family projects.

Summary

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Site Foreman is accountable for managing crews for field operations from initial project planning to completion. This person is responsible for assisting with site management of the project and all project activities, including the supervision of self-performed and subcontracted construction work, and focuses on managing the execution of the work by utilizing and leveraging the teams experience. This includes ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures. The Site Foreman assists the Superintendent in managing, directing, and mentoring all direct reports and field personnel, and possesses comprehensive knowledge of the project management lifecycle. The Site Foreman plays a strategic role in the constructability of the project through their continuous and active review of all project documentation, activities, progress, etc.; seeking out potential for risk and opportunity and implementing the required measures to correctly address and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager, to manage schedule, trades, production and quality on commercial and multi-family projects.
• Supervise, train, and mentor crew personnel, including direct and indirect reports.
• Effectively communicate with own forces and trades.
