Job description

Our Client is a Tier 1 National Building Contractor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Project Manager & Site Manager.
  2. Provide timely and accurate reports.
  3. Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  4. Attend regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, keeping them informed of progress.
  5. Quality management and BCAR coordination.
  6. Help oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years main contracting experience with an established building company.
  2. RC experience is advantageous.
  3. Knowledge of the latest building regulation and certification standards.
  4. Setting out experience with GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD.
  5. Proficient IT skills (Excel, Office, etc.).
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Driving license.

Salary: €55K – €65K negotiable with a full package including car, pension, health, bonus, etc.
