St-Amour is seeking a Site Engineer with strong construction management and on-site coordination to lead activity on industrial projects. You will plan, monitor execution, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and safety requirements, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and on-site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily construction activities on site.
• Oversee construction work for compliance with drawings, specs, standards, and contracts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall progress.
• Develop and review construction methods, procedures, and sequences.
• Review drawings and specs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Act as liaison between engineering teams, project managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in site meetings and follow up on action items and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor change orders, RFIs, and additional work requirements.
• Participate in site inspections, technical assessments, and closeout activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes.

We are currently seeking for a Site Engineer with solid experience in construction management and project coordination to join a company operating in the industrial construction sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities on site. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily construction activities on site.
