A leading renovation contractor in Alberta is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage residential projects. You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and maintaining communication with clients while ensuring timelines are met. The ideal candidate has experience in interior renovations and excellent organizational skills. Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred.
  • Minimum requirement 'O' Level or Nitec.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop are preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Great problem solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Site Coordinators (Renovations Projects - Condo / HDB)

Job Scope
  • Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works
  • Project supervision from start till handover
  • Build good rapport and provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
  • Recommend appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
  • Schedule respective work trades to ensure site smooth coordination including coordination with internal own workers and external contractors
  • Update project director and clients on the project status, project timeline and work progress on a daily basis to ensure timeline handover and completion
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects for both condos and HDB
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred
  • Minimum requirement 'O' Level or Nitec
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop are preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Great problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Willing to go the extra mile

Compensation
  • Please note, this is not a commission based coordinator role - we provide monthly basic salary, CPF contribution, AWS, annual leave, medical leave etc
