Job Description

Our project management team is looking for construction a site coordinator to work on multiple institutional projects located accross Montreal. You will work in collaboration with construction project managers to ensure site control and coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site set-up and management, from opening to closing, with the project manager and contractor
  • Coordinate and plan service interruption requests, workarounds, welding permits, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety measures
  • Support the project manager in the management of hazardous materials

Qualifications

  • DEP, AEC, DEC, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant construction experience that has enabled you to develop a solid understanding of project management and mastery of related techniques
  • Fluency in written & oral French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft MS Office suite
  • ASP Construction card
