Job summary

ONxpress is seeking a Construction Technical Office Coordinator to bridge design and construction across GO Expansion stations and major civil sites. You will be embedded in a busy site environment, coordinating engineering services and supporting timely resolution of field issues.

The role requires reading civil drawings, managing technical submissions, and close collaboration with design consultants and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Apply to join a growing GTA program.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of design coordination, construction coordination, or project management on major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with document management platforms (e.g., Procore, ACC, Aconex).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination of engineering services between site teams and design consultants across active station construction sites.
• Coordinate closely with construction teams to monitor progress, identify technical issues, and support timely resolution.
• Facilitate technical discussions and coordination meetings between construction supervisors, designers, and other project stakeholders.
• Support constructability reviews of design packages in collaboration with the construction team.
• Prepare basic field sketches and mark-ups using AutoCAD to support field queries and site communications.
