Role Overview

As a Site Clerk / Administrator, you will support our construction projects by efficiently managing administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and handling project correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate project documentation.
  2. Scheduling: Coordinate project schedules for timely completion.
  3. Correspondence: Manage project-related communications.
  4. Procurement Support: Liaise with suppliers and manage orders.
  5. Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing to ensure timely payments.
  6. Documentation: Organize and store project documents, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
