As the Site and Project Manager, you will oversee kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish, coordinating all aspects including material purchasing, overseeing installation timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards, creating an exceptional experience for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate timely delivery of project materials
  • Review and approve supplier invoices
  • Review installation details and coordinate project timelines with remodelers
  • Arrange for material delivery and communicate timelines with clients
  • Inspect project completion and provide feedback to owners and team
  • Manage multiple job sites efficiently and safely
  • Coordinate subcontractors and team schedules
  • Create and maintain schedules in our CRM system
  • Manage day-to-day fieldwork, ensuring compliance with company standards, budgets, and codes
  • Conduct operations meetings to implement new procedures, address concerns, recognize performance, and incorporate team suggestions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the renovations industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in residential remodeling or construction management preferred
  • Strong scheduling, multitasking, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills for team and client interactions

Ideal Candidates:

  • Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Willing to work occasional late or weekend hours
  • Experienced in remodeling procedures and team coordination
