Position Summary:

Covenant is seeking a Site Administrator (General Manager) who leads with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to service. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Site Administrator (General Manager) is accountable for the overall culture, experience, and performance of the site. You will champion a welcoming, respectful, and resident‑centered environment while ensuring strong operations, engaged teams, and high standards of care and service.

Healthcare experience is an asset but not required. We are looking for leaders who bring strong operations, hospitality, or people‑leadership experience, and who are eager to apply those skills in a care‑focused setting.

The Site Administrator (General Manager) will:
