Job description

Position Summary

The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers, and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.

Project Details
  • Site is the DOW Chemical Plant in Fort Saskatchewan
  • Schedule: 5/2 Mon-Fri, with 10-hour days Monday-Thursday and 8-hour day on Friday
Core Accountabilities
  1. General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone, and through electronic communications
  2. Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client
  3. Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation throughout the project
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative experience is an asset
  • Experience with document control
  • Experience within the oilfield and/or construction industry is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel
