Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Red Deer, AB for a Site Administrator at Covenant Care Canada. The Site Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day operations related to the administration of the community, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the needs of residents and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facility administration and management
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working in a senior care facility is an asset
  • Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
