Job description

Position Summary

The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers, and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.

Employees are expected to support and participate in a “culture of safety” and adhere to and be ambassadors of Strike’s Code of Conduct and Values, treating others with dignity, respect, and fairness.

Project Details
  • Project Name: Mount Bracey Compressor Station
  • Nearest City: Prince George, B.C (Camp Project)
  • Shift: 14 Days on/7 Days off
  • Travel pay: $400/shift
  • Camp retention: $25/day
Core Accountabilities
  1. General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone, and through electronic communications.
  2. Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.
  3. Controls: Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign-off; project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for management and client review.
  4. Purchasing: Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices, and ensure alignment with job/project costs.
  5. Camp: Book rooms for incoming personnel and report on camp numbers to management and clients.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative/Project Controls experience is an asset.
  • Experience within the oil field and/or construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Microsoft Excel experience.
