Job description

Supreme Steel is currently seeking a self-motivated, client focused and highly efficient Site Administrator to join our field Construction team at our jobsite north of Fort McMurray AB.This is a temporary fly-in/fly-out (from EIA) position that will be working a 10-4 shift from mid October to mid January.

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Field Level Superintendent;
  • Daily planning and organizing of functional activities and responsibilities;
  • Daily time entry, flight and camp coordination, client and company reports;
  • Creating daily Labour Equipment and Material reports;
  • Participate in weekly review, safety and other meetings, as requested;
  • Electronic document tracking, filing, etc;
  • All reports, documents and records are prepared and submitted in a professional and timely manner;
  • Fostering and maintaining positive working relationships with employees and management teams through the effective communication of policies.

Ideally, having proven administrative experience with heavy industrial construction / erection projects in Western Canada, the successful candidate will also possess the following attributes:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
