Job description

Position Summary

Acuren Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our vibrant team at the client site in Burnaby, BC. If you're seeking a dynamic industrial environment that offers ample opportunities for personal growth and learning, then this is the perfect fit for you!

  • Position will be up to 40 hrs/week on a 4x10 rotation
  • Salary range $28.00 to $35.00/hr depending on qualifications and experience
  • Candidates are required to be local to Burnaby and/or surrounding area
Responsibilities
  • Daily review of timesheets & sign ins, and submissions to Payroll via FTP
  • Daily LEM preparation and submission
  • Employee craft set ups and changes
  • Weekly time entry review
  • Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
  • Maintain schedule
  • Site access submissions and reactivations
  • Electronic filing of all admin documents
  • Daily entry in TRACK system (experience considered an asset)
  • Data entry with IDMS system (experience with MERIDIUM, VISIONS considered an asset)
  • Delivering financial reports weekly/monthly
  • Ability to learn new software is considered an asset
Requirements

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word (expert level).
  • Industry knowledge and experience with invoicing will be considered an asset.
