Job Description:
The Site Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects by providing administrative support to the site management team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong software experience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking to fill a part time role at our Atik Haven camp site, KM 256, a remote Camp Near Jan Lake, 2 kms from Junction 106 and 135, on km 256 of the 106 highway in Northern Saskatchewan. This role is a weekend shift only, Saturday and Sunday / 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate communication between the site team, subcontractors, and remote management.
· Provide general administrative support to the site management team, including:
o Completing staff timesheets
o Managing contractor room rates
o Managing expenses.
· Organize and file documents in accordance with company procedures.
· Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely approvals.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administrative assistant role preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus in Excel.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
· Ability to work in an industrial location and in camp situation.
· Must have valid class 5 drivers license and ability to get to site.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Additional certification or training in Microsoft Office or Excel is an asset.
