Responsibilities
Reporting to the Single Giving Manager, this part-time fixed-term role (2 days per week until 31.8.25) supports project management and delivery of MSF Australia's Single Giving product, including executing other direct mail activities across Australia and New Zealand.
You will support strategy implementation, manage budgets and annual plans for the product lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrades.
Collaborating with Direct Marketing Specialists, you will liaise with external stakeholders such as creative agencies, mail houses, and data specialists to optimize relationships and supporter communications; internally, you'll work with Data, Supporter Relations, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, and Digital teams.
