Note : Please keep in mind, that if you are currently living outside of Calgary, this role would require relocation.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide on-site coordination for all stages of the construction process, including scheduling trades, suppliers, and inspections.
  • Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Facilitate homeowner meetings to address any concerns or questions throughout the construction process.
  • Manage after-construction service requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders involved in the construction process.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in residential construction is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address homeowner concerns effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
