  • Gather, validate, and analyze operational data to ensure simulation models accurately reflect real-world systems and client requirements.
  • Define model assumptions, document functional specifications, and translate complex business challenges into structured simulation approaches.
  • Analyze simulation results, test alternative scenarios, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, capacity, and resource utilization.
  • Develop clear, practical, data-driven recommendations that help clients make informed operational and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams in an agile environment to deliver simulation projects on time and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Present modeling approaches, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and engaging presentations.

  • A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage project requirements, validate data, and document modeling assumptions accurately.
  • A creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to explore innovative methods and exceed client expectations.
  • Professional proficiency in English and either French or Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics is considered a plus.
