You’ll Do

• Support the planning and implementation of the reforestation program.
• Program coordination with other members of the Silviculture team and the Planning and Operations Departments.
• Additional responsibilities include monitoring contractor compliance with safe operating procedures, SFI certifications, and health and safety programs.

You Have

• A forestry, natural resources, or relevant degree or diploma
• A Registered Professional Forester (RPF) or Registered Professional Forest Technologist (RPFT) designation for Alberta (or be eligible and willing to earn this designation)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and undertake new challenges
• Proven Leadership experience
• Knowledge of ArcMap, MS Office, iPads, and GPS will be considered an asset.
