Job summary

Irving Woodlands in Central New Brunswick is seeking a full-time Silviculture Skidder Equipment Operator. You will operate and maintain company skidder equipment and prepare land for tree planting, with a friendly team and opportunities for performance bonuses and accommodations if required.

The role requires experience with heavy machinery, a valid Class 5 license, and the ability to work independently as well as with a crew. We offer competitive pay and growth within J.D. Irving, Limited.

Job Description

The Central New Brunswick Woodlands Division is seeking to fill a full-time Silviculture Skidder Equipment Operator position. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy working independently as well as with a team. We offer a competitive salary, performance bonus and accommodations if required. Salary range $25-$28.50 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

You will be operating and maintaining a company owned 6 wheel-drive TigerCat skidder and an 848 John Deere Skidder, pulling various types of implements to prepare the land for tree planting.
