Job summary

Synopsys Inc is seeking an experienced semiconductor professional to lead complex, customer-facing IP programs. You will own schedules, milestones, deliverables, and SOWs, coordinating global teams across engineering, applications, sales, and support to ensure on-time delivery.

You will drive risk management, communicate program status to customers and leadership, and enable successful product launches while strengthening customer trust and supporting growth of Synopsys IP solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years in semiconductor industry experience.
• Technical program management experience in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies.
• Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and tapeout processes.
