Job summary

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, visual merchandising, retail operations, or related field.
• Retail experience, Indigo experience is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact and SME for signage programs and processes.
• Develop, audit, and manage signage matrices for campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate signage reviews with Visual Merchandising leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and distribute clear communications to support signage execution in stores.
• Develop training resources and educate partners on signage standards and processes.
• Support seasonal changes, new store openings, renovations, and other initiatives.
