Job description

We are currently hiring crew members and experienced machine operators.

Requirements for Crew Leaders:

• Valid G2 or G license with a clean abstract
• Working cellphone with data

Experience is an asset but not required. We offer a very lucrative bonus plan to all employees!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle inspections, fill out log sheets, and complete necessary documentation (Crew Lead)
• Read and interpret site maps, walk routes, and prioritize tasks
• Efficiently shovel/push snow away from building walkways to designated areas (generally the lot)
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as required

All successful candidates must be able to work flexible hours, have their own transportation to reach Hurontario and Bovaird area, and be punctual, reliable, with a great attitude. Candidates must be available 24/7 including holidays.

Hourly rates start at $20-$30/hr based on experience. This position can lead to full-time employment with a benefits package in the spring.
