Job summary

Myers Automotive Group in Ottawa is seeking a Service Shuttle Driver to build lasting relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service while vehicles are serviced.

You will greet customers, shuttle them to destinations, document needs, and help maintain rental inventory. A valid driver's license and professional presentation are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Pick up and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in service.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a professional approach.
• Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout the visit.
• Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers.Shuttle Drivers provide a high level of customer service by ensuring all customer and inventory vehicles are in top condition.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
