Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Sudbury, ON to support our fast-paced team. You will drive all sizes of vehicles, maintain safe operations, and ensure smooth passenger exchanges while vehicles are serviced.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and outstanding customer service. Requirements include a valid G license, a clean driving record, and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive safely and responsibly.
• Willingness to drive long distances as required.
• Ability to perform walk-around inspections and deliver final vehicle paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Handle long-distance routes as needed and ensure timely passenger delivery.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and collect signatures for paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests positively.
• Operate with minimal supervision and prioritize safety at all times.

Are you a people-person who loves being on the move? Our dealership is looking for a friendly, reliable Shuttle Driver to be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll help our guests get where they need to go while their vehicles are being serviced - delivering comfort, safety, and a positive impression every mile of the way.

Location: Sudbury, ON

Compensation: $18-20 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

What You Will Be Doing:

• Desire and capability to drive safely
• Ability to handle driving long distances as required
• Ability to perform walk-around inspections
• Ability to obtain final paperwork for vehicle delivery (Ie: Exemplary attention to detail is required for the purpose of signatures)
• Provide excellent customer service and customer engagement
• Ability to without supervision

• Comfortable driving all sizes of vehicles
• Ability to follow all Health and Safety guidelines

What You Bring to the Table:

• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
