Job summary

Kitchener Ford is seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team of front-line customer service professionals. You will be responsible for timely pick up and drop off, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for customers.

Reporting to Sales Managers, you will operate the shuttle safely, maintain a clean driving record, and uphold professional appearance and conduct while representing the dealership in all interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

Reporting to the Sales Managers, this position is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive timely, friendly and efficient pick up and drop off. Maintaining a professional attitude, conduct and appearance. Operating the shuttle vehicle in a safe and cautious fashion to maintain a clean driving record
