Job summary

Tile Town Ltd. in Western Canada seeks a friendly showroom associate to help customers choose tile for residential or commercial projects. You will join a high-performing team and also work autonomously to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, advising on product and design, sharing information about Tile Town products, addressing complaints, and maintaining a clean, professional showroom environment. Some duties may vary.

Qualifications

• Friendly showroom role requiring strong customer service skills.

Job Description

You will be working in a non sales commission showroom where you help people choose tile for flooring their home or commercial project. You will work as part of a highly successful team, but you will also need the initiative to work autonomously to meet our customer’s needs.

• Ensure thecustomer is satisfied and has a positive experience.
• Adviseand assist thecustomeron product and design selection.
• Provideinformation about Tile Town products.
• Addresses customer complaints and provides solutions.
• Continually reviews showroom to ensure professional and clean presentation of Tile Town products.
• Other duties as required.

Compensation for this position will rangedepending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.
