Showroom sales consultant

Our client in Calgary SE is looking for a showroom consultant to join their team.

Their consultants bring world-class sales & service expertise to every interaction; and work as a team to deliver solutions for lighting, kitchen & bath to their customers.

We’re looking for people with outstanding customer service, and a keen desire to learn. This role does not require previous direct experience in lighting / bath, but it does require a passion for design and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver world-class customer service throughout the sales process and meet sales targets using our wide range of designer lighting, kitchen, and bath brands.
2. Help identify the needs of wholesale accounts & retail customers and provide solutions to help realize every customer’s unique dream for their home.
3. Contribute to the success of the Showroom by growing relationships with retail customers, wholesale account clients, and the team.
4. Be an expert on the product lines and stay on top of design & industry trends.
5. Help ensure the Showroom environment feels fresh, welcoming, and inspiring.

Qualifications

1. Utilizes a consultative approach to sales.
2. Has a passion for interior design and is confident when advising on product selection.
3. Possesses a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork to achieve sales goals and provide seamless customer experiences.
4. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a busy and diverse schedule.
5. Can navigate and learn various computer systems and applications.
