Job Title

Showroom & Office Coordinator – Mississauga, ON

Position Overview

Shaw Industries Canada is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our showroom and office in Mississauga. This full-time, in-person role supports the regional sales and marketing teams and plays a vital part in ensuring an exceptional experience for both internal and external visitors.

As the Showroom & Office Coordinator, you will manage the showroom as a hub for product inspiration and events, while also taking ownership of inventory, shipping logistics, marketing assets, and sample programs.

Responsibilities

Showroom & Office Management

  • Maintain an inspiring, organized, and functional showroom space used by architects, designers, end users, dealer partners, and internal staff.

  • Ensure all product samples and displays are current, correctly labelled, and aligned with the latest collections and initiatives.

  • Manage daily office operations and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers as needed.

  • Provide frontline hospitality for showroom guests and event attendees.

Merchandise & Inventory Oversight

  • Organize and maintain the merchandise room to ensure all product materials (by brand) are adequately stocked and readily available to support sales activities and events.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place reorders as needed to meet brand and event demands.

Shipping, Receiving & Logistics

  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments, including FedEx orders, sample requests, and event materials.

  • Ensure proper packaging and availability of shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, etc.).

  • Oversee returns of event and display items to ensure materials are tracked and restocked efficiently.

Marketing & Event Support

  • Manage and ship marketing support materials such as banners, standees, backdrops, and branded tablecloths.

  • Ensure timely arrival and return of event materials for tradeshows, presentations, or client activations across Canada.

  • Assist with showroom events including scheduling, setup, onsite support, and clean-up.

Sample Program Management – Toronto

  • Support the rollout of our Toronto-based sample program.

  • Receive returned samples, manage storage, and process outbound orders using internal systems.

  • Ensure the sample library is current, organized, and compliant with program requirements.

Collaboration & Administration

  • Work closely with the Canadian marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and local initiatives.

  • Support regional sales associates by fulfilling sample and merchandise requests.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, maintain office supply levels, and manage access control.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and handling physical tasks related to shipping, setup, and maintenance.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM or inventory systems (Salesforce experience an asset) required.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and currently living in the Greater Toronto Area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of or passion for interior design, architecture, or commercial products is an asset.

  • Previous experience in office coordination, retail operations, or showroom environments preferred.
