Job Description :

NewWall is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Showroom Manager to lead our flagship Toronto location. This is not your average showroom role : it's a high-touch, client-facing opportunity designed for someone who thrives in luxury environments and is ready to build a personal brand within the interior design community.

As the face of NewWall, you will nurture inbound interest while proactively expanding our client base by leveraging your own network of interior designers, architects, and discerning homeowners. Your refined taste, appreciation for art and design, and ability to cultivate relationships will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Champion showroom sales by converting both walk-in and referred opportunities into meaningful client relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Use your personal network to grow NewWall’s client base, making strategic connections across the design and architectural community.
  • Curate an exceptional showroom experience, tailored to high-end clientele.
  • Host designers, architects, and residential clients—presenting new collections, sharing insight, and driving specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape growth strategy and set KPIs, then monitor and report on performance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring impeccable service from sample requests through order delivery.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product range and stay current on market trends and new launches.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and product launches as a brand ambassador.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless client experience and consistent brand execution.

Who You Are :

  • A natural salesperson with a polished, personable approach and a deep appreciation for interiors, design, and aesthetics.
  • Experienced in high-end B2B or B2C sales, ideally with connections in the architecture or design industries.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated—you see opportunity and go after it.
  • Confident navigating digital tools like CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal, who thrives in sophisticated conversations with discerning clients.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle many moving pieces.
  • A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working autonomously.
