We are actively seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT) to join a supportive school team in California for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year!

Position Overview
  • Job Title: School-Based Behavior Technician (BT)
  • Location: California (exact school site shared during interview)
  • Pay Rate: $25 per hour (W2 contracted)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 30-35 hours per week
  • Contract Length: Now through the end of the school year
  • Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 or small group behavior support to students
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and support teams
  • Help foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children or students with behavioral needs
  • Ability to follow behavior plans and work under the direction of a BCBA or school team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • School or classroom experience preferred but not required
