Role Overview
As the Mine Engineer – Short Term Planning, reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the short term mine plan for the Island Gold Mine. You will ensure alignment between development and production activities and the mine’s strategic objectives, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes in operational priorities and. Working closely with operations, engineering and geology teams, you will deliver practical and executable plans that support short-term performance.

Salary Range:$98,600-$147,900 CAD
The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
