A leading company in the consumer goods sector is seeking a Shopper Insights & Capabilities Manager to enhance retailer partnerships and drive strategic insights. This role focuses on customer engagement through insights and thought leadership, requiring strong analytical and communication skills as well as experience in shopper behavior analysis. The Shopper Insights team is dedicated to developing a deep understanding of shopper behavior to uncover growth opportunities for both our internal teams and retail partners. The Shopper Insights & Capabilities Manager – Small Format (SF) & Away-From-Home (AFH) will report to the Senior Manager, Shopper Insights, and support the Food and Beverages business. This role is both internal and external facing, playing a key role in driving customer engagement through insights and thought leadership. This role will maintain ongoing engagement with SF and AFH customers throughout the year and support broader insights initiatives across other channels as needed. This is a unique opportunity to influence customer strategy and help build a best-in-class insights culture across the organization.
