Position Summary:

This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment safely and efficiently, assisting mechanics, ensuring compliance with Tyson and D.O.T standards, monitoring parts inventory, completing work orders, scheduling maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent from college, vocational, or technical school in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 1 year, with knowledge of trailer maintenance; previous Shop Supervisor experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency required.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication.
• Supervisory Experience: Managing a team performing similar tasks.
• Travel: 1-5 trips annually.
