We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail and Wholesale Store Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Operations: Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth processes, high levels of customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Wholesale Management: Manage wholesale customer accounts, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and handle bulk orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail and wholesale staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels in both retail and wholesale segments. Ensure stock levels are adequate and managed effectively to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance for both retail and wholesale, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Focus on optimizing sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both retail customers and wholesale clients. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage store budgets, track expenses, and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail or wholesale management, with a proven track record of successfully managing both aspects.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
- Language: English
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and motivating employees to achieve their best performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-first mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
