About The Role

Leading our production team to ensure efficient operations, timely project completion, and high-quality standards. Collaborating with sales and purchasing teams, facilitating daily and weekly production meetings, and supporting team development.

Who You Are

• Experienced in production management (4-7 years) and customer-facing roles (5 years)
• Licensed to drive large vans
• Proficient with Work Orders, Excel, and hands-on automotive or hydraulic experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems (12V/120V)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NSM + CMVSS Vehicle Certification
• Lean manufacturing experience
