- Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff to provide outstanding customer service.

Store Operations & Customer Experience:
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock rotation, and product availability.
- Oversee store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and sanitary standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, and payroll processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate store financial records and reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QSR, grocery, or convenience store management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and strong administrative skills.
