The Opportunity

We are seeking a Shop Foreman for our Shop Technician, Charge Hand position in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will lead a team of Service Technicians and oversee heavy machinery repairs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair heavy machinery and equipment
• Assign work to Technicians in collaboration with the Service Dispatcher
• Coordinate with the Dispatcher, Service Manager, and Technical Support
• Support discussions with customers regarding technical repairs
• Communicate with Parts department on parts status
• Identify maintenance and repair opportunities proactively
• Ensure Technicians follow warranty processes
• Oversee quality control for all jobs
• Uphold safety initiatives and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Provincial Heavy Duty Journeyperson’s ticket (asset)
• 10+ years of technician experience
• Leadership experience (asset)
• Experience with aerial platforms and lift trucks (asset)
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
