Responsibilities :

  • Lead a motivated team with a "yes we can" attitude.
  • Schedule and create effective work plans, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and focus on client satisfaction by delivering quality products on schedule.
  • Oversee the manufacturing of custom commercial millwork, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Operate and supervise the use of all woodworking equipment and tools.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Identify and remove obstacles for team members to maintain productivity.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of professional millwork experience.
  • Proven experience leading a manufacturing team.
  • Expertise in custom commercial millwork production.
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills.
  • Proficiency with woodworking tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
