As an Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring that our salon runs smoothly, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Your contribution will enhance the overall guest experience by supporting our team of stylists and Head Spa Technicians.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years).
• Background in beauty, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced yet spa-like environment.
• Passionate about providing an unforgettable guest experience.

Duties:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including laundry, color bowls, and dishes.
• Assist Head Spa Technicians in room transitions between treatments.
• Prepare clients for their salon services, ensuring they’re comfortable and relaxed.
• Assist hairstylists with shampooing clients and other service-related tasks.
• Maintain a calm and organized environment, ensuring a smooth and seamless flow throughout the day.
• Greet clients and ensure they’re well taken care of from start to finish.
